This position will be responsible for collaboration and facilitation for all aspects of a project.



  • Assist with proposal assembly including job walks and minor estimating
  • Facilitate flow of information among owners, designers, preconstruction, quality assurance, subcontractors/suppliers and field divisions
  • Self-performing work as needed
  • Manage project staff, materials, equipment and subcontractors required in the maintenance and construction of a project
  • Assist with and document project coordination meetings
  • Must possess the ability to work independently
  • Manage subcontractors while staying on schedule
  • Identify and document close-out procedures including a checklist
  • Assist with callbacks/warranties or emergencies (possibly after hours)

Qualified applicants will have:

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in similar role will be considered but is not required

This position will be at the worksite or in the office depending on work responsibilities. The worksite environment is constantly changing and may include:

  • Wet and/or humid conditions
  • Moving mechanical parts
  • High, precarious places
  • Risk of electrical shock
  • Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme cold
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
